Good Morning Bowling Green Middle School!

Welcome to the Bobcat Broadcaster here are our morning announcements:

Congratulations to all of our track stars last night they did an awesome job and brought home lots of medals.

April 28th Last Congress Meeting in Art Room – this is one of the last point opportunities

 

May 2 – 4th - The SLC will be doing a change war between each grade levels.  Our change will be going to Every Child Every Day, which is the program that puts together the food backpacks to our kids in our district and does the summer lunch program at the park.  We will determine the prize for the winning class during our Congress meeting April 30th.  

May 2nd – 6th - Art Show in the display cases by the middle school gym. Stop by and vote for your favorite art project

 

May 3rd – Mrs. Gregory’s ELA class will presenting the live museum. Presentations will start at 9:45 in the auditorium, everyone is welcome to come. Also there will be auditions for the Talent Show afterschool, if you want to be in the talent show you must audition. The signup sheet is on the SLC Board. Please make arrangements to be picked up.

 

May 4th – Final Council Meeting – this is the final point opportunities also Cheerleading tryouts, sign up and packets are in the office.

 

May 5th – Track meet at Montgomery starting at 4:00 bus will leave at 2:15 also 6th and 7th grade must have schedules turned into Mrs. Bowman.

 

May 6th - SLC Pie Throwing sign-up on bulletin board please signup if  you would like to have a pie thrown at you at the SLC year-end dance

May 6th - All library books need to be turned in and it’s also the last dance of the school year. All accounts must be in good standing to attend also Cross Country forms are due to Mr. Gregg

 

May 10th – Lighthouse applications are due.

 

May 24th – D.A.R.E. day at Busch Stadium, order forms are in the office

 

MAY 16TH – 8TH GRADE PROMOTION AT 7:00 PM in the High School Gym

 

Yearbooks for sale - $20.00 each order forms are available on the application wall.

Just a reminder to student – all accounts will need to be current for you to attend any year end activities including field trips, dances. If you have questions about your account stop by the office.  If your lunch account is negative you are not to order doubles and you can’t buy ala carte items.

 

Lunch Choice for Today: Cheeseburger or Sloppy Joes sides French Fries, Salad, Fresh Fruit, Tropical Fruit or

Garden Salad Bar, Fresh Fruit, Tropical Fruit, Fruit Streusel Muffin
