Good Morning Bowling Green Middle School!

Welcome to the Bobcat Broadcaster, here are our morning announcements:

If you need a bus pass you must get it by Cat time, I need a note and a call from your parent.  If you are coming back from AG or Mrs. Newcomer’s you need to wait quietly in the hall for the bell to ring. Do not leave until the bell rings.  Also if you are staying afterschool you need to know who is picking you up before Cat time. Do not wait until the last minute to find out what you are doing.


There are a lot of concession opportunities to sign up for on the SLC Bulletin boards.


October 23-27th is Red Ribbon Week this week is to bring awareness and prevention against Drugs and Alcohol. Dress up days are

Wednesday – Wacky day dress fun and crazy

Thursday – Disney Day dress as your favorite Disney character

Friday – Wear Red – Go all out and wear RED


October 24th - MS Select Choir at 7:00 pm


October 27th – Halloween Dance Cost is $3.00 to get in there will be a costume contest at 7:00. You do not need to wear a costume that night but it will be fun if you do. You must be in good standing to attend and ALL FINES MUST BE PAID. THIS INCLUDES LUNCH FINES AND ALL LIBRARY BOOKS MUST BE UP TO DATE AND ALL FINES MUST BE PAID.  If you have questions about your lunch balance stop by the office and ask.


October 31st – SLC T-shirt orders are due by the end of the day.


November 3rd – Hat day pay $1.00 to you 1st hour teacher to wear your hat. Money collected will go to help with our Veterans Day Program. 


November 3rd – Middle School BarnWarming in Room 12 in Wood Shop in the AG building from 6 – 8 pm

$2.00 with ID and $3.00 without ID or 2 canned food items. You can be dropped off at the Flag Pole go through the high school doors.


November 9th – Bobcat Bully Patrol at 7:45 in Room 11


November 10th is our Veterans Day Program if you want to bring a Veteran, you must sign up in your Social Studies Class by November 3rd.


December 18th and 19th – Swap Shop! We will start collecting items until December 16th.


Lunch Choice for Today:  BBQ Rib on Bun or Meatball Sub with French Fries or Cob Salad with Blueberry Muffin sides Caesar Side Salad, Banana Orange Mix with Fruit and Veggie Bar and Choice of Milk or Opaa To Go Turkey Jack Sandwich or Peanut Butter and Jelly with Salad, Baby Carrrots with Ranch, Chilled Fruit and Chocolate Chip Cookie all come with Fruit and Veggie Bar and choice of Milk
