Good Morning Bowling Green Middle School!

Welcome to the Bobcat Broadcaster, here are our morning announcements!

Cat tracks will start next week.

Cross Country girls placed 4th out of 7 teams and boys placed 1st out of 8 team’s last night. Way to go!

Volleyball 8th grade team won in two games and 7th grade lost, but played very well and had good serving.  

Softball won both games 9 -3. They play again tonight at home starting at 5:00

September 13th - Football at North Callaway starting at 5:30

 

September 15th -  Volleyball at Hannibal start time is 6:00

 

September 16th – early dismissal. Homecoming Parade starting at 2:30 you are not allowed to stay at school to wait for the parade to start.  Softball at home starting at 4:30,

Homecoming Spirit Week:

Tuesday – Twin Day – dress alike day

Wednesday – Color War – All grades wear as much of their grade level color as possible

8th – Orange

7th – Blue

6th – Purple

Thursday is Sports Day – All Sports attire

Friday – Red and Black Day – Go                                              

 

September 17th – Cross country at Fulton bus leaves at 6:20 am, Volleyball at home starting at 8:00 am, Softball at Elsberry at 8:00 am

 

If you will leave early due to a sporting event, it is your responsibility to get your work from the classes that you will miss.

 

Students are not to be in the building until 7:40 in the morning.

 

Just a reminder to students you must be in good standing to attend any afterschool activity this includes high school games. Also if you are in the recovery/ISS room during the day you are not allowed to attend afterschool activities.

 

September 21st – Fall Sports Pictures starting afterschool. This will include Cheerleading, Volleyball, Football, Cross Country and Softball

 

Lunch Choice for Today:  Cheeseburger or BBQ rib on Bun, Tater tots, salad, mandarin oranges, fresh fruit

 

Salad bar, mandarin oranges, fresh fruit, Fruit Streusel Muffin
