Middle School Basketball games will start next week. Here are the updated schedules.
The Bowling Green Middle School will present a program honoring all Veterans on
Friday, November 8, 2024.
The Middle School Student Lighthouse Council organizes the program and wants everyone in the area to know that they are welcome to participate in this event.
Before this program, the Bowling Green Middle School Student Lighthouse
Council will host a luncheon in the middle school gymnasium for veterans, veteran’s
spouses, and spouses of deceased veterans. This luncheon will begin at 11:30 a.m.
Veterans and their spouses/guests and spouses of deceased veterans may begin the day
with coffee and socializing in the middle school cafeteria at 11:00 a.m.
Veterans, veteran’s spouses, or spouses of deceased veterans that plan to attend the
luncheon and program are asked to contact the Bowling Green Middle School office
at 573-324-2181 by Thursday, October 31, 2024. If students are eating with a veteran, they must stay and help with the clean-up.

Parent Teacher Conferences are Thursday, October 24, from 1:00 - 7:00 p.m. You may enter the middle school at the new office entrance (across from PCMH Clinic). A table will be set up inside the building with the locations of each grade-level team, which are also listed below. Please stop by anytime between 1:00-7:00 p.m. to meet with your child’s/children's teachers.

Each month we want to recognize a student from each grade level who exemplifies a positive characteristic that we look for in all of our students. They must also have at least 95% attendance, 0 office referrals, and 0 F's for the month. Once they have met these qualifications they are voted on by staff.

The t-shirt was designed by one of our own MS students, and all proceeds will go to the BGMS PTO. Payment and forms are due November 11th.
Boo Grams
This helps support BGMS PTO; the grams are for MS students ONLY. They are due to their CAT Time teacher by October 28th. Payment must come with the message. They will be handed out to students on October .30-31.
BGMS Artist of the Week
BGMS - SLC Halloween dance will be October 18th from 5 to 6:30 pm in the high school auditorium. Admission is $3.00. Rules are must have all fines paid including lunch, library and tech fines. Grades Matter: You can not have 2 or more core F’s to attend. Dress in your best Halloween costume (no mask) and come ready to have a frightfully good time. Concessions will be available.
Each month we want to give a shout out to the staff members who make BGMS so special! This is our October Staff Spotlight!!!
Middle School Sports Picture Day will be Wednesday, Oct. 16th from 2:00-3:30 pm. Football, Cross Country, Volleyball, Softball, and Cheer. Parents will receive an email on how to order between Oct. 17-23rd.
